Here, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to address any queries you may have about our services, policies, and procedures. Whether you're a new client or a longstanding member of our community, we hope these answers will provide clarity and support your experience with Simply Being Wellness Counseling. If you don't find the information you're looking for, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. Your well-being is our top priority, and we're here to assist you in every possible way.

  • Therapy is for anyone. You don't have to be in distress or crisis to see a therapist. Whether you have been coping with a mental health concern for some time or need some support dealing with a life stressor, therapy can be helpful.

  • You can expect a brief overview of our services, several questions to better understand your needs, and we will answer any questions you may have.

  • We currently take Cigna insurance. We are an Out-of-Network provider for all other insurances and can provide you with a super bill (a receipt showing the services you have participated in). Please email info@simplybeingcounseling.com to confirm the fees/insurance for each therapist.

  • Out of pocket fees vary depending on the therapist and the service. Services range from $100-200

  • We ask you notify us within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel. If you do not adhere to this policy, you will be charged $50 for the first missed appointment and the full session fee for all missed appointments thereafter.

  • Individual needs may vary; however, you may find some relief within 6-8 weeks if you attend regular sessions.

  • Krystal is not accepting new clients right now. But we have several therapists who are accepting clients. Take a look at their profiles on the website: Meet the Team.
