What would happen if you allowed yourself to simply be? To live without judgment, to be present, to heal.

If you've found this website, I want to applaud you for the steps you have taken. It takes a spirit of bravery to reach out for help. My name is Krystal Jackson and I help women and helping professionals improve their self-care and pour back into themselves. I feel it is my duty as a therapist to provide a safe and judgment-free environment. I thank you for considering my help through your healing journey

Therapy is a collaborative process between therapist and client. I work with my clients to challenge mental blocks, understand past traumas, and develop healthy coping skills and boundaries. I am committed to providing a safe space to meet individual client needs.

I specialize in helping people improve their mood, build healthy relationships, eliminate toxic habits, and improve self-care. Together, we will navigate the challenges that come with life transitions, depression, anxiety, and self-criticism.

I also offer appointments for virtual therapy through a HIPAA compliant website.

If you think we might be a good fit, please reach out. Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation with me today! For more information about me or my approach, click here.

We are all healers who can reach out and offer health, and we are all patients in constant need of help.
— Henri J.M. Nouwen

Helpers are those who support another human being in their life journey. Helpers offer emotional and spiritual support by listening, treating, and serving others. Oftentimes, helpers are preoccupied with the work of healing and supporting others that they end up feeling depleted or overwhelmed. I believe it is difficult to pour into others from an empty cup so I offer counseling services to helpers. If you are a therapist, doctor, nurse, EMT, teacher, massage therapist, occupational therapist, hairdresser, caregiver, or someone in the service industry, you deserve to take care of yourself. Helpers experience unique challenges including exposure to traumatic events, vicarious trauma, self-judgment about your abilities, and burnout. I offer services to support helpers to improve self-care and have healthy boundaries.
