  • Individual Therapy

    Therapy can be helpful for support as you process life’s changes and successes. Individual therapy is when you meet with a licensed mental health professional to talk about these experiences, your thoughts, and feelings. One major goal of therapy is to help the individual gain a better understanding of their life’s experiences.

    We provide 1:1 therapy to children, teens, and adults. We offer in-person (limited) and online services for help with anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma healing, and substance abuse.
