Have you wanted to learn more about mental health but feel overwhelmed with the amount of information online?

Simply Being Wellness Counseling is proud to offer educational trainings where you can learn about mental health topics and treatment options. Starting June 2024, we will begin offering these trainings exclusively through our website. Our webinars are 15-30 minute episodes with the following topics:

  • anxiety

  • stress management

  • self-care

  • youth mental health

  • healthy bonding and relationships

  • parenting tools

Self-Care 101


Join us for a 90-minute workshop focused on helping you better your self-care habits.

When: June 2025

Where: Bridge Healing Arts Center 304 Main St. Farmington, CT

Learn mindset tools, revise your daily routine, and have better boundaries. This interactive workshop will allow you the space to create more ease with intention. This is your time to quiet the noise and reprioritize yourself.

During our time together, we will explore your current habits and get clear on the areas you’d like to see improvement. We will get to the core of the barriers that may be keeping you in a rut or engaging in habits that are not beneficial. We will use affirmations and emotional freedom technique (EFT) to calm the body and self-connection.

BIPOC Yoga + Mindfulness Flow

A 60-minute yoga session for people who identify as Black, Indigenous, or a person of color. This yoga flow will use affirmations, breath work, and mindfulness to promote a sense of balance, peace, and self-care.

Youth Mental Health Webinar


Join us this month for a webinar in collaboration with PROCEED, Inc, “Youth Mental Health: Shining A Light On Personal Experiences”.
